How do you estimate a maintenance cost before the technician arrives?
The maintenance cost is the price shown in the Ajeer app before you confirm. That is the price at the door unless you agree to extra work. The golden warranty covers the same fault for 30 days.

Where does the number come from?
The number is tied to the service, not to a spoken estimate after someone is inside the house. You choose the service and the time, see the price, then confirm. The useful question before booking is not "about how much", but "is this a repair or an inspection, and what is written before I confirm".
What should you ask before confirming?
- • Is the price a full repair, or an inspection fee?
- • What does the repair include, and what counts as extra work?
- • Does the 30-day golden warranty cover this fault if it returns?
- • Can I reschedule or cancel before the technician arrives?
Where does this help before you book?
For cooling, start with why an air conditioner is not cooling and cleaning the unit from the inside so you know whether the visit is a wash or an inspection. In the kitchen, read clearing a drain and disinfecting a water tank. For electricity, do not delay signs of damaged wiring. The booking itself starts at home services.
Does the price change after the technician arrives?
The price shown before you confirm is the price at the door. Extra work is added only after you agree to it in the app.
What does the golden warranty cover?
The same fault, for 30 days from the job. If it returns, the visit is reopened from the order with no new visit fee for that fault.
Do I pay for an inspection if I decline the repair?
If the service needs an on-site inspection, that fee is shown before you confirm the visit. Anything that was not shown before confirmation is not collected at the door.

Air conditioningWhy is the air conditioner not cooling?
The usual reasons an air conditioner stops cooling are a dusty filter or low refrigerant from a leak. Cleaning the filter every month, and servicing the unit every six months, fixes most of these and extends the life of the unit.
PlumbingHow do you clear a blocked kitchen drain?
A blocked kitchen drain is usually grease and food scraps. Hot water, then bicarbonate and vinegar, is enough for a light blockage. Stop if water backs up or a smell appears.
ElectricityWhat are the signs of damaged electrical wiring?
A burning smell, a warm outlet, sparks, a breaker that trips, or yellowing around a socket means the wiring needs an electrician. Do not open the electrical panel yourself.
