Delete your Ajeer account and data
This page is for the Ajeer app, operated by Darb Al-Taqnia for Telecommunications and Information Technology. It does not uninstall the app from your phone.
Filling in and sending the form below is a request to delete your Ajeer account and the personal data Ajeer holds for it. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- 1.Enter the name and mobile number registered on your Ajeer account.
- 2.Confirm that you are asking Ajeer to delete the account and its data.
- 3.Send the form.
- 4.We delete the account and the data listed below within 30 days, and send confirmation to the mobile number you entered.
Data we delete
- Account profile: name, mobile number, and email.
- Saved addresses and the location used to fulfil orders.
- Device data linked to the account.
- Order history that the law does not require us to keep.
Data we keep
- Invoices, payments, and tax records for the period required by Saudi regulations.
- Records of an open complaint, warranty claim, or dispute until that matter is closed.
- Information that no longer identifies you.
