Welcome to the Ajeer app. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the app or any of its services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Who we are
"Ajeer" is an online application provided by Darb Al-Taqnia for Communications and Information Technology (CT: 1010554764), which aims to connect users with reliable home maintenance service providers. The company is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Using the application
- The user undertakes to use the application in good faith and not to provide misleading information, make false requests, or use the service in a manner contrary to its intended purpose. Use of the application is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older.
- The User is obligated to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the Application.
- You may not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- The User must not misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or disrupt its systems.
Create an account
- When registering, the user is asked to provide name, phone number, and service location.
- The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his login information and bears full responsibility for all activities that occur through his account.
- If any unauthorized use of the account is discovered, the application administration must be notified immediately.
Submit applications and pay
- Maintenance requests are submitted through the app and confirmed by the service provider.
- The application reserves the right to modify prices or cancel orders according to operational conditions.
- Payment is made through approved electronic means such as:
- Bank cards (Mada, Visa, MasterCard)
- Digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, STC Pay)
- Cash on delivery (if available).
- In the event of prepayment, an electronic receipt will be issued to the user via registered mail or within the app. The user is entitled to a refund if the order is cancelled in accordance with the approved refund policy. Maintenance requests are submitted through the app and confirmed by the service provider.
- The application reserves the right to modify prices or cancel orders according to operational conditions.
- Payment is made through electronic means (such as credit cards, digital wallets) or directly to the service provider, depending on the type of service.
- In case of prepayment, an electronic receipt will be issued to the user via registered mail or within the application.
Cancellation and Refund
- The user has the right to cancel the order before the service begins, without charge, provided that they notify the app or service provider at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled execution time.
- If an order is canceled after the technician arrives or work has begun, an administrative fee of up to 30% of the order value may be charged.
- Cashbacks are processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment method. The user will be notified of the order status via the app or email.
- If the user is dissatisfied with the service, he can submit a complaint to the customer support team within 48 hours of completing the service.
Responsibilities of the parties
- Each party bears its responsibilities as described below, with all parties obligated not to harm third parties or use the service in an irregular manner. Ajeer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise as a result of the user's dealings with the service providers, unless gross negligence or deliberate violation by the application management is proven.
- UserResponsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for providing a safe and suitable environment for carrying out maintenance work.
- Service ProviderCommitted to providing the agreed-upon service with appropriate quality and timeliness, in accordance with professional and technical standards.
- AjeerActs as an intermediary between the user and the service provider, and bears no direct responsibility for any negligence or damage resulting from the service, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the company, while reserving the right to investigate before resolving the dispute.
intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to the "Ajeer" trademark, the application, designs, and digital content are reserved to the owner company. Copying or reusing any part of the application or trademark without prior written permission is prohibited.
Data protection
يتم جمع ومعالجة البيانات الشخصية وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية المعلنة داخل التطبيق، وبما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية المعمول به في المملكة العربية السعودية. للمزيد من المعلومات، يرجى الرجوع إلى وثيقة سياسة الخصوصية.
تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إشعار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات من خلال إشعارات داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابهم المسجل لدينا. تسري التعديلات بعد فترة إشعار مدتها 7 أيام من تاريخ نشرها، ويُعد استمرار المستخدم في استخدام التطبيق بعد هذا التاريخ قبولًا صريحًا وغير مشروط للتعديلات الجديدة.
القانون والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. وفي حال حدوث أي نزاع، تكون محاكم مدينة الرياض هي المختصة للفصل فيه.
